Wasp Nest

A Wasp nest just beside my front door. I know that wasps are a nuisance and that these paper wasps are not natives, but there is something amazing about the nests they build by chewing up wood and making paper.

Wasps nest in the Lavender.

Update. I googled these wasps and they are Asian Paper wasps.
