My Mum found out the anme for me, it is a variety of Magnolia Grandiflora. Sorry can't remember which one.
You've probably found the species of tree for this picture by now but just in case it is called a Liriodendron or more commonly called a Tuliptree.:)
Oh, by the way nice photo of such a lovely tree.
