This is ...... My Collection and Today's Daisies #22

Today's Daisies are on a honey pot. I used to collect honey pots until the prices went up and honey pots became 10's of dollars not single dollars. Fabric, is another thing a collect, I can't help myself. I love fabrics, especially cottons. As I said in a previous post my joy in patchwork and quilting is the messing about with fabrics and scraps.Books are a rather inadvertant collection. We have tons and tons of them with nowhere to put them.
But what I am really, really sucessful at collecting is washing and ironing. Everyday there is another pile there to be dealt with. If it was an olympic sport I would excell, due to sheer practice not talent.

Love the washing and ironing collection. I think we're all guilty of having one of those!
I also love your stash of red fabrics.

At last, a sport I can compete in! I have a honey pot too, quite similar. It came on a little china tray with a little matching jug. They are so cute!

Honey pot is charming - workin'my way through my own collection of laundry myself right now! The part I can't stand is putting it all away!

I'm afraid my current pile of unwashed clothes would put your meagre little collection to shame :P
...on that note, guess what I'm off to do now..ppffttt!

love it, the washing and ironing is great. I hide mine away and mysteriously it disappears, (well the cleaning lady irons it for me)

Oh, I didn't even think of the laundry, I bet we'd make a good olympic team!

Reading all the comments I noticed that everybody has the same "laundry-collection"!What a coincidence! I looked at my amount this morning, and it really didn't made me happy! Your stash of fabrics is really great!

Oh my. I think we all have a pile of laundry to be dealt with. My personal challenge is not washing the clothes, it's folding them and putting them away. I usually wait until we all run out of underwear and socks and then hall up the three tons of clothes from the basement, pile it all on the bed, and just sigh...and then turn around, and there's a new pile building up in the laundry basket. ugh
